Different Printing Methods


We utilize three different methods when printing shirts. Have a
quick look to understand what suits you the best:
 

Screen Printing
This is the traditional way of printing shirts and normally used for
large volume printing. Even though we don't charge any setup fees,
there are costs involved in the setup for us; thus it is not very economical
for small runs. This method requires few days to finish the job and this is typically 8-10 business days.

When you need team shirts or similar with different numbers and/or names to be printed, Screen Printing is not the appropriate method. For each single design, we must prepare a screen; if a design has 3 colors, we must prepare 3 separate screens for that. Ultimately, simply put, Vinyl printing is the way to go for printing numbers and/or names on the shirts.

With Screen Printing, a typical job of 100 shirts in one color costs our customers about 5.00 dollars per shirt.

This method is utilized when printing full-color images on the shirt. It is a misconceptions that the heat transfer shirts don't last long; but this technology has evolved a lot over the years and a shirt printed with this method will easily last more than 2 years.

One point to note that, we use the Industry Strength materials along with the Photo Printers used only by the professionals. The quality from a supermarket material and ours are not the same; what you get from the supermarkets are for the hobbysts, while the materials we use have been manufactured only for the professionals and you need professional equipments to deploy these.

While this is the fastest way of printing shirts, we do accept that most of our customers are not Graphic Software savy, so, we will do the simple design modifications for free, as long as they are not too much time consuming to do so.

Full-color Print, each shirt (white/black shirt included):

* 5 shirts
- One sided: $18
- Two sided: $20

This is the standard method for printing Sports apparel, thus it is durable enough to take up a storm on it's shoulders. This way of printing can become very much fanciful if deployed properly. A desgin can be made soft or aggressive depending on customer preference. A matte white print on a black shirt keeps the onlookers longing for one. Reflective designs can make girls looking to make some for their own.

Vinyl printing is the way to go for printing numbers and/or names on the shirts. It will even defeat Screen Printing in this application in terms of look and quality, and ultimately less expensive when doing 10-20 shirts, if the number of colors to be printed is less than 3.

Other than letter/number printing, the designs to be printed must be brought to us in appropriate format (Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Illustrator, Corel Draw, .EPS) and different colors must be pre-separated. Note that this way of Vinyl printing can only be done with solid colors; no gradient or hair lines. For letter/number printing, we can create these designs for you free, as long as they are not too much time consuming to do so.
