Joshua Belletrutti was a 28-month old toddler, full of life, laughter and love. He was the apple of his parents’ eyes. Near the end of March, 2009, he was suddenly and unexpectedly diagnosed with a very aggressive malignant brain and spinal cancer. In just eight short weeks, the cancer claimed his life and a bright light went out in the community of Milton.

| cancers. Our community should not have to suffer the loss of another one of our little angels to this disease. As a result, very little has changed in the last 20 years in terms of treatment options available to children, and adult-designed chemotherapy drugs and radiation can cause horrible lasting side effects because they weren't designed for use in children. |
